When you order

We keep what an order needs: your name, e-mail, shipping address, the items you bought and the amount paid, plus the shipping status and tracking number once dispatched. Payment details never reach us — card and wallet payments are handled entirely by Stripe on its own pages. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires.

Services that process order data on our behalf: Stripe (payment, fraud prevention), Resend (order e-mails), Railway (hosting and database, EU/US data centres) and the carrier that delivers your parcel.

Cookies and local storage

Essential, always on. Your cart and your cookie choice are stored in your browser so the shop works. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for security. No consent is needed for these.

Advertising measurement, always on. The Meta Pixel and Conversions API run on every visit: Meta sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and receives page views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases; for purchases we also send Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of your e-mail and address so it can match the sale to an ad. Google Analytics 4 receives the same page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases (cookies _ga, _ga_*), never your e-mail or address. You can block this with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop marketing processing, by e-mailing hello@unexpectedroll.com. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority (in Poland, the UODO).
