The small print, in plain words.

1. Seller
This shop is operated by SixFold Sp. z o.o., Władysława Łokietka 412A, 31-334 Kraków, Poland. Contact: hello@unexpectedroll.com. Unexpected Roll is our trading name. We are an independent retailer of officially licensed products made by Q-Workshop; we are not the manufacturer or the licensor.
2. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We confirm it by e-mail; the contract is concluded with that confirmation. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full. Pre-order items ship when they reach us; you may cancel them for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT for customers in the EU. Shipping is shown before payment: in the EU free over €80, otherwise €9; United States €19 with customs duties included; United Kingdom as the EU; Canada €9. Bundle discounts (10% for two items, 15% for three or more) are applied automatically. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days and delivered within 1–10 business days depending on the destination. Details, duties for non-EU destinations and the list of countries are on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by e-mailing hello@unexpectedroll.com — for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [item], order [number], received on [date]. Name, address, date." Return the goods within 14 days; we refund within 14 days of receiving them. Within the EU we bear the return cost.
6. Guarantee
In addition to the statutory two-year conformity warranty, every item carries our 60-day money-back guarantee described on the Shipping page.
7. Liability and safety
We are liable under the law for defects and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Dice are game accessories, not toys: they contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three; the maker recommends them from age 14.

9. Law and disputes
