Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 48 hours of payment on business days. You receive a tracking link by e-mail the moment your parcel leaves.

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Orders to the United States are shipped duties paid: the €19 rate already covers US customs duty, so nothing is due on delivery. Orders to the United Kingdom get the EU rates but are shipped duties unpaid, as are orders to Canada: the carrier may charge import duty or tax before delivery.

Returns: the 60-day guarantee
If an item isn't right, send it back within 60 days in its original packaging for a full refund — no questions asked. Within the EU we cover the return shipping; elsewhere you pay the return postage and we refund the full price of the item.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by e-mailing hello@unexpectedroll.com (a model withdrawal text is in our Terms). We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Our 60-day guarantee extends this right; it never shortens it.
How to return an item
- E-mail hello@unexpectedroll.com with your order number (UR-…).
- We reply within one business day with the return address and, within the EU, a prepaid label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and post it. The refund goes to your original payment method as soon as it arrives.
Damaged or faulty?
Send a photo to hello@unexpectedroll.com. We replace damaged items at our expense — that includes the two-year statutory conformity warranty for EU consumers.
